R2D4 Cebu Aftermath

The stage was set and all it needed were the players that immediately arrived as soon as SM Cebu’s Gates were opened.

They lined up just beyond the railings before the Operation7 Booth.

Players piled as they waited for the Road to Domination IV Event to start. Roars of excitement filled the air as players of different games started to plea for the gates to open.

Soon enough their prayers were answered, and the mayhem began..

I was immediately engulfed in a see of Operation7 players! Though afraid at first that I won’t meet their expectations, thankfully I did and was able to give them a heck of time!

Though the players enjoyed the event, we still had internet connectivity issues. To keep the players at bay, we’ve done a raffle of in-game items, also gave away voucher items every time the internet goes down.

Sometime in the afternoon I gave my presentation in Operation7 about the “My Bloody Valentine” February Patch, March In-game Events, and finally a teaser of the Professional Gaming League (PGL).

Then with the help of our lovely host, I gave away the grand prizes for the raffle on stage.

A lot of clans came to participate in the Operation7 Cebu Summer Shootout however, there were only 8slots to fill, and the teams who are early enough to register were:

However, the only 2 clans who made it to the finals were:

BuRiKaT who claimed 2^nd Place

And

Boycedeathzone who claimed the 1^st Place

It was a tiring day, but seeing the happy faces of our gamers, it’s all worth it. Heck some of Operation7 players even asked for my autograph, which I happily gave! This is an event I’ll never forget. I’d do this anytime anywhere!
